In-App Support
For the fastest help, open MatchHQ and use the Help section to submit a support ticket with screenshots or item context when relevant.
Email Support
For the fastest response, submit a ticket from the Help section in MatchHQ. You can also contact us at info@matchhq.app. Include your account email, a short description of the issue, and any relevant item, listing, or certification details.
Account Deletion
You can start account deletion from MatchHQ settings. If your account has an active Apple subscription, manage cancellation through your Apple account subscriptions.
Billing
For Apple in-app purchases, subscription billing and refund requests are handled by Apple. MatchHQ can help investigate account access or entitlement issues.
